14 day trial

hi

this is the second time I have redeemed a 14 day code and it hasnt worked.

i redeemed the code from my new Xbox one on the website Xbox.com and it worked on my Xbox one, but according to the website and my Xbox 360 I don't have it.

14 Day trial ended after 1 day

Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

 

Problem with gold membership

The 14 day trial doesn't give you the "full" gold benefits.

Some games can't be played online with a 14 day trial card.

 

That's because it only works in certain games.and non ranked modes so games like destiny required actual paid gold

And games with gold won't work.with trials eithér

 

It doesn't change your status to gold

If you have home gold with someone else with the console that explains why you have gold on the xbox one

 

Could someone from Microsoft look into this please. It isn't making want to get gold rather than play my ps4.

 

Gold gets you access to multiplayer, parties, and Games with Gold. A trial does get you a taste of that, but you don't have an actual gold subscription, so not everything will work as it would if you had a subscription, such as Games with Gold. You will
not display as having gold, because you don't; you are merely trying it out. There is nothing for Microsoft to look into here and PS4 will work the same with the PlayStation Network and how it is set up. Sorry.

 

Nothing is working with the trial though! There is no taste, not even a hint of flavour on my 360. Which is in essence the problem. It not that I can't do one thing, my trial seems exactly as if I don't have one. Hence my post.

 

What game did you use it with

Destiny requires actual gold

Trials only work with certain games and most likely non ranked modes

Basically custom matches

 

You can't join parties and not all games work with it you would best try the original game you purchased it with which doesn't carry over to xbox one unless it was then game you got it with

You need actual gold for full benefits just like ps4
