14 day trial issue

Discus and support 14 day trial issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I recently tried to use the 14 day trial card i got with my xbox one and it said it was active last night but now its telling me to go gold and i cant...     I recently tried to use the 14 day trial card i got with my xbox one and it said it was active last night but now its telling me to go gold and i cant download the games with gold.

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

    Free gamepass trial (not*)

    That would indicate that your account has already taken the 14-day free trial offer. After taking a deeper look, we were able to determine that your account has already redeemed the 14 day free trial. Trials for Game Pass do not stack.

    Hope this helps clear up the issue!

    I have the same problems. I used two of my codes from previous gams and tech support was not helpful.

    Actually most likely they were helpful

    what you need to do is read the card

    it isn't actually gold

    Trial cards arent actually gold and only give temporary access to certain modes

    If you are trying destiny ranked games don't work with that you need paid gold with only story mission working with trials or silver

    Same with Games for gold you need actual gold

    Best rule of thumb the games you purchased it with will most likely work however only in certain modes

    also and keep in mind it is free gold weekend which also has the same restrictions

    For the person who entered two codes

    Read the card because trial cards don't stack

    Trial cards do not give you full gold privileges. You need to be PAYING Gold subscriber to download the free games with gold. At the bottom of this page

    www.xbox.com/.../live     "Games with Gold Offer for paid Gold members only"

    14 day trial issue

    (3rd time trying to get the below posted) - As with yesterday, there are a little too many Xbox Live availability issues....

    Problem Resolved -

    1) Xbox Gold Live paid membership of 1 month or more are listed within an account. 48 hour, 7 day, and 14 day trials are not listed anywhere except the profile on the xbox. This obviously causes confusion and concern that another code may or may not take....

    2) Destiny does not honor 48 hour, 7 day, or 14 day trial Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. Citation -

    What Kind of Trial was it that you started, " For Example" Xbox Music, Xbox Live Gold . Also if it was one of those memberships that you stated did you start it through the Console or the website.

    In addition to address your other question if it is one of those memberships it will Auto Renew at the end of the trial period. If you want to stop it from renewing you can call into Xbox Support or go to Xbox.com and sign in and turn off the auto renewal
    underneath " My Account"
