14 day trial didnt work

Discus and support 14 day trial didnt work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I entered the gold trial code that came with my advanced warfare console bundle yesterday but nothing happend.     14 day trial didnt work


    I entered the gold trial code that came with my advanced warfare console bundle yesterday but nothing happend. I thought it may take a while but today ichecked again. When i enter the code again it is already redeemed. But cant play online or join party.
    Is there a way ican get back my trial code?

    Free Gold Membership Problem

    The 14 day trial you were given is a limited one and not a full gold trial. The 14 day trials usually came with certain games and normally only work with those games. They do not give you 100% access to Live though.

    Same problem here, took the code and no gold. Tried it again and says code has been used. Does not show up on the xbox one or PC.

    This is happening to me too. I bought the Sunset Overdrive bundle and the 14 trial code went fine but i can't play online.

    • First, remove your profile from your Xbox One console.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and add your profile to your Xbox One console.
    • Try playing a multiplayer game to see if the issue continues.

    For new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, if xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes could be used/sold as xbox game pass 14 days trial codes or xbox live gold 14 days trial codes?

    I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.
