14 day trial code wont work!

Discus and support 14 day trial code wont work! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So my brother gave me a 14 day code and it will not go in it says that I already have GOLD to give the code to a friend or hang onto it even though...     14 day trial code wont work!


    So my brother gave me a 14 day code and it will not go in it says that I already have GOLD to give the code to a friend or hang onto it even though when I go to sign in it tells me that my membership has expired...I used to pay for it off my credit card
    however after my credit card expired I never bought another subscription so when I log in it tells me its expired but wont let me redeem online because it says I already have GOLD how is this possible someone please help me and fix this I would like to play
    sometime SOON...It seems like its always something now or days!

    Error when i try to redeem a xbox live code

    If your trying to redeem the 14 day trial that came with your Xbox One for some reason it wont work on the console or xbox.com, I just called up 1800 4MY XBOX and they gave me 1 month redeemable code due to issue with the 14 day trial code

    Funny thing (really not funny) is I have a Xbox Elite and have ALWAYS at least had Xbox Silver when my Gold ran up but I dont even get that! Whats the deal???

    For new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, if xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes could be used/sold as xbox game pass 14 days trial codes or xbox live gold 14 days trial codes?

    Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

    I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.

    If it's a 14 day free trial, it wont work if you've had Xbox live before with that account.
