I have attempted to use my 14 Day Trial and received a message saying it had already been used.

Xbox Live Gold 14 day trial

Mine has done the same for 14 day free trial. Says code already used but no live subscription is available

trial code not working

I used an xbox live gold 14 day free trial membership code and it went from the store to the dashboard and refreshed itself I went back into the store and used the code again and it said it had already been used.

Hello

If the code was from a secondhand game and already scratched then there's nothing you can do about it, if it was a new code you can call Xbox Live Support by phone and have it checked out.

If u already have an account that is already use the 14 days trials so your not gonna be able to use the 14 trials

If I'm not mistaken, the 14 days trial is for first time users. If you have already activated the monthly MS trial bundled with the console I think that the 14 days one is not available anymore. The same if you purchase a month of game pass without using
the trial, the 14 days trial should not be available anymore.

The code that comes packed in the Xbox One (Day One Edition or standard edition) is indeed a 14-day trial. The can be using on an Silver account. If you already have a Gold account then the trial card will not work. If you are already using another 14-day
trial card, using this one before the end of the first trial card will not "stack" the cards and you will only have 14 days from the time you redeem it. Hope this answers your questions. If not let us know and we will be more than glad to answer.

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.
