14 Day Suspension for Profanity?

I was playing NBA 2K and a random user invited me to a party. There were about 8 other members in the party, all teenagers by the sound of their voice. We started talking about basketball and the kid who invited me didn't agree with someone I said so began
talking trash to me. He eventually encouraged the other members of the party to join in and they eventually kicked me out. Unfortunately, I retaliated by sending a 1-word profane message. The kid of course reported the message and shortly after I received
the notification from Xbox Enforcement that my account was suspended. After finding out that my account was suspended for not 1, not 2, not 3, not 7, but 14 days, I immediately requested a case review. After a couple of days, Xbox Enforcement upheld their
decision to suspend my account for 14 days. Not only does this prevent me from communicating with my friends and family, it also restricts certain game features which I happen to use the most. I am so upset that Xbox Live has the capability to suspend my account
for such an excessive amount of time based on the very insignificant breach of policy. I'm about to switch to Playstation!

14 Day Suspension

I called someone a 'Virgin' and got a 14 day suspension. It is not letting me appeal the suspension. What can/should I do? Thanks.

It is a violation of the Code of Conduct to send profane messages to other users, regardless of context.

Since the decision is "upheld" with Enforcement, you will unfortunately have to wait out the rest of the suspension.

Suspension length can vary based on the severity of the situation as well as past enforcement actions. One week suspensions typically aren't given for first time suspensions for profanity unless it's a more severe case. Usually a 1 week would be given after the person has already had a couple of suspensions. Also, the length of suspensions right now has not been 1 week for everyone. Some people have had 3 day, some 14 day. The warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you sign up.
