14 day Live Gold code redeem not working

Good afternoon

I've entered a redeem code for 14 day xbox live gold trial but it says the code has been used. In fact, I've entered it in the shop area but nothing changed and I still don't have the xbox live gold active. When I try to reenter the code either on the console
or on the website, I always get that the code has already been used.

14 Day trial ended after 1 day

Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

 

Halo 5 Xbox One Bundle Code Doesn't Work

I recently bought the Xbox One Halo 5 bundle which is supposed to include a free download to the game as well as the console, but the code is not working. The bundle also comes with a 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial, and when I try to redeem the code, it just
says that I already have Xbox Live Gold. How can I redeem this code to download the game? Are there supposed to be two different codes?

 

Trials don't change your account status to gold. They only give you some benefits of online multiplayer. So ou would need to try playing online to see if it's working.

 

i have the same problem added code and went to play game online but it keeps taking me back to adding code... Tried adding again and says it been used

 

Trials only give you temporary access usually non ranked matches and usually the games they came with
