14 day gold subscription isn't working?

hi, i had exactly the same problem the other day. the 14 days code was not accepted. then i had another 1 month code. and it worked. what was the problem i never found out. maybe it was just a temporary problem.

Is the first time that you have gold? If not, thats is the issue, you cannot use a trial code if you already had before gold, only works on new gold users.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Try
power cycle the console and see if it is working after that. If still not working you will want to contact support.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello, it works so if you have a gold subscription or that has expired short 14 days not accumulable with an existing subscription, if you were a new gold subscriber then you redeemed them.

Are you using a full gold subscription or a trial (7 days, 14 days)?
