    Yea i just received a 14 day ban for no reason?!?! Can someone please respond with an email or phone i can contact. Ive sub'd for 10 years to XBL and you just drop a 14 day ban on my account for nothing thats SCREWED UP! Awaiting an enforcement staff response.........

    Why I’m I still banned

    It sounds like you have a console ban and also had a 14 day account suspension on top of it since console bans are not even eligible for case reviews but 14 day account suspensions are.. Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console
    bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.

    There is no phone number or email for the enforcement team. You would have to go through the enforcement site.

    Also, all member of Live, adults and children, agree to the same sets of rules when signing up.

    Anything and everything ban related is handled over here
    "Click me"     The only way to talk to that time is via a case appeal. Twitter/Ambassadors/forums/support can not assist.

    HAHAHA WHAT?!??! I just spent 15 mins in a live chat with one of your agents that gave me a link to HERE to post and ask. (She told me the same BS "Oh I can't access it only enforcement staff can")

    SO Where do i get a phone number or email for these clowns??!

    Also after 10 years with XBL that will be my LAST membership bought. Ive been suspended once in 10 years and that was like 3 years ago... Then boom drop a 14 day ban on me. My account is set for Adult not this Baby BS. Im an adult and yea its okay to say
