    14 day ban for no reason


    I was communication banned for no reason AGAIN. I never messaged ANYONe bad words or phrases. I didnt even say cuss words. I was playing Fortnite and just got a message from xbox and i have no clue what I did. I have been good for the last month or two
    and I don't deserve this. Im crying and freaking out because I haven't sent anything or said anything hurtful please xbox!

    They ban for literally no reason, it could be the LITTLEST insult and all of a sudden, boom 14 day ban. I said "****" and got banned for that, unbelievable. Review was upheld, worst costumer support, cant even call to get it reversed. Dude threatened my
    family.

    It sounds like you have a console ban and also had a 14 day account suspension on top of it since console bans are not even eligible for case reviews but 14 day account suspensions are.. Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console
    bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.
