    My old gamertag was wrongfully banned and I can't keep sitting back and let all my games get taken away. The enforcement group explained to me that I was trying to fraudulent take money away and abusing Xbox live support. This is not true and I want my gamertag
    and account reviewed again and for a chance to get it back.

    That's not entirely correct.

    First try in a different browser just to eliminate that possibility, but after that you should wait at least 48 hours before trying again. This allows the system to refresh the information it has on you.

    If that still does not resolve it (and there is a chance it will, because the XCL website is a little temperamental), post back here and we'll see if they can look into your account.

    However, looking into your account is a longer process and still requires that you apply via the XCL website, not that you get manually added.

    These are the instructions I have been given after I had a chat with one of the Support Agents after seeing numerous instances of people experiencing the same issue as yourself.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support and they should not be posted on the forums. If you can give some more information on what's happening when you try to play we might be able to help troubleshoot here.

    i buy xbox gold on my cousins account and have his account on my xbox so i can play. The home is xbox is set to my xbox. But today, i updated my game and now every time i try to do something it says i need to join gold even though i have it on my xbox on
    his account.

    I contacted microsoft support and after trying and failing to solve the issue she said that it has something to do with me being an insider member.

    Please help me fix this issue.
