13 years of Xbox Live and never seen Xbox Live go from Good To Bad

I have been with Xbox Live for 13 Years since the 1st Week of Day 1 Xbox 360 Launch day and I have never seen my Account get Communication Ban Hammered by Salty Gamers who Abuse innocent Players accounts just because they don't like what They see, hear,
or see in Text. I have been getting Communication Ban Hammers left to Right for saying 1 word in text and sometimes saying small sentence in games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, Gears of War & Halo. Ever since when Halo 3 & Halo Reach came out on the Xbox
360 about near the End of the before Battlefield 3 was announced I have been starting to see a lot of abusing accounts starting to happen on youtube then later when Battlefield 3 launched on the Xbox 360 I got my first Ban Hammer communication due to a Hater
that couldn't ignore the problems that he was causing so he decides to lie and complain to Xbox Enforcement to get this Player Banned over something that the player he Ban Hammer didn't do anything wrong.

Later in the year or after that year when the Xbox 360 launched I decided to get a Sony Playstation 3 to see what exclusive Playstation 3 had they had a good Selection but the most I was looking at was the Player Reporting System. Playstation 3 didn't have
a Reporting System to where they can Ban Hammer innocent Players for the Smallest Reason a Hater or a player that didn't like what they see or hear they just left that alone and let the Players deal with it on their own side so it was a Online Friendly interaction.
Normally all the player would do on Playstation is either sit there and communicate with that Hater or player that doesn't like what they are hearing or seeing in text or they can Simply just Mute them which most players now and days would just sit there and
Whine about your voice and tell you to **** something that most players don't want to hear. Playstation 4 came out and they decide to update their Player REPORTING system and still to this Day there has not been one Ban Hammer on my Playstation account yet
now I don't know if Sony doesn't care about this Feature and just want's to stick with working on the games or what but Sony Enforcement team is Smarter not to Ban Hammer innocent Players that didn't do anything wrong.

Please for the Xbox Enforcement Team out there if you want to make Xbox Live more friendly base start looking into why That player Reported that Persons Account rather than accecpting their complaint right away if they put a report out on a player that didn't
do anything wrong to the Xbox Code of Conduct you need to ask them why they are reporting that player for what reason why they desurve that it Go back to the Xbox 360 Roots where it was perfect stop letting these Haters get what they want

this is the Reason why a lot of Xbox Live players are moving over to the Playstation because the Community is more Friendlier

Constantly disconnected from Xbox Live.

Within the last 12 hours I am constantly being disconnected from Xbox Live. I have reset my modem/router, run Xbox Live test(marketplace problems), tested my connection on the computer(good) and just about anything I could think of. I have seen Xbox Live
have marketplace issues before but it has never affected my online capabilities like this. I'll sign in and anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes later I am kicked from Xbox Live with no good explanation. I am sure of this: the marketplace issues and my connectivity
problems began around the same time.

 

10 Year Loyalty - Xbox

Youve been on LIVE for 9 years and got the 10 year helmet, sounds good to me, alot (and I mean alot from what Ive seen on forums) of people with 10 years on LIVE didnt get anything - enjoy your free helmet, and most importantly, continue enjoying the xbox
youve been using for nearly a decade!

 

The thing is this is how the Xbox reporting system works

1. A report is made that their was a violation of the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

2. That report is sent to the enforcement team and gets put in line with the rest of the reports.

3. When its time in line comes up someone from the enforcement team looks at the report and if the account has done ANYTHING to violate the code of conduct then that is when a suspension is put onto an account (this is why it may seem like you can get suspended
without even being online) it could take a few days from the date of the violation for the enforcement team get to the report.

Xbox does have the feature that you can block and mute other players just most people would rather talk back to that other person which when they do and it violates the code of conduct then they get suspended.

With Xbox it does not matter who starts a conversation if you do anything in a conversation that violates the code of conduct and are reported your account is subject to a suspension.
