If while trying to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account

meanwhile inactive accounts are deleted after 5 years.

You need to be 13 years old or over to play E.A. games online.

If the date of birth on your account is under 13 years old changing your settings to adult wont make any difference.

You do need to be 13 years or older to play on E.A.s servers.

That's a E.A. policy,not Microsoft,so if the date of birth on your account is under 13 years old that would be the problem.
