    13 Year Old Account Lost in the Blink of an Eye


    Recently, my 13-year-old Xbox account with tons of money poured into it over the year was lost 1 week ago after I was playing on it then when I got off to go to bed it was hacked in my sleep. Rambler.Ru was the one to take this account away from me and now I am without an Xbox account after literally paying my Xbox game pass ultimate 3 days before it was hacked. I have now done numerous amounts of account recovery attempts and many calls with Xbox in the past with nothing working. What should I do? I am beyond upset about this and just want to get my account back, this has caused more damage to me than I thought as all of my cards were used and now I have to bother with the bank because this person decided to buy $374 on FIFA 22 packs.

    Hi, so what I did was signed in on another xbox account and then did contact us through them to then get to an agent on the phone. I hope it helps
