Discus and support 13%packetloss and 0 MTU in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my xbox one s has been unplayable for 3 weeks now .13%packetloss and zero MTU i have been in touch with my isp (BT) there are no faults with the line...     my xbox one s has been unplayable for 3 weeks now .13%packetloss and zero MTU i have been in touch with my isp (BT) there are no faults with the line or connection on my end ,so ...... down to xbox again . Cany anybody help me ??? I have set static ip an
    portforward which sorted similar issues last year got new hub from BT wired it in had strict nat type done static ip an portforward it was working great now i have packetloss and zero MTU PLEASE HELP

    Yeah i checked my IPs site and says my xbox is getting 0 packetloss....xbox says otherwise...

    I would recommend going through the
    Network Connection Help troubleshooter here.     That might help resolve your issue. I'm not sure the issue is related to an update, specifically, but follow that troubleshooter which has many steps and things to check that should get you back in fully working
    order.
