    This "other" team is really dragging its feet in resolving your billing info database issue..

    According to HELLOWORLD (the company that manages the Xbox live rewards program) the problem is with Microsofts billing info databases and not with "HELLOWORLD" who are "completely blameless" -according to helloworld customer care.. and even after 13 months
    (in my case) there is still absolutely no indication as to when or if this will ever be fixed...

    Since you were scheduled automatically for a deposit too late to be included in the mid-month deposit, your deposit was scheduled for the end of month deposit.

    Rewards Deposit did not show up in my MS account

    Hello,

    I was supposed to receive an Xbox Live Rewards deposit of $13 on 09/28/2016. I see this refund in my MS account, order number 567453557987946807, but the actual $13 isn't available. My balance on my MS account is still at zero. I tried to contact MS support
    about this, but they claimed they couldn't do anything to help and recommended I use this forum.

    As mentioned repeatedly in your previous posts, your deposit issue is being caused by an error in the billable account database where your primary billable account is not being marked as the designated account for depositing into. Since we do not have access
    to this database, we must rely on another team to provide a resolution for this issue. At the current time, they have not yet been able to provide a full resolution to this issue, and are still currently working on this error. They have not yet provided us
    with an estimate on when to expect this full resolution.
