    I'm pretty certain these codes need to be redeemed via the official Call of Duty website. You need to go there and sign in, or if you haven't yet done so, register on that site. Once you register, I believe you can redeem your code there.

    So I bought a fast card in game currency card from Walmart and I’m trying to figure out where to enter the code ? It’s only like a 12 character code on my receipt and it isn’t working

Well there’s really no clear instructions on where to enter t but it can’t be a general Xbox redeem because that has to be 25 characters and when I enter it on call of duty redeem it’s wanting a 10 or 13 character code and this code on my receipt is 14 characters so it’s telling me my code is incorrect

    Why only 12 alphabets gamertag please change it to 16 Because my last gamertag was of 13 and now I cannot take it back

    I’m sorry but if it’s 13 characters there will be no option for us to get it back.
