    12month code not added


    I recently bought a 12month code of Xbox live & added it without realising i still had 2weeks of live left. The end date of my current live is 17/7/2015 (that's with the 12month code being entered but not applied) after the 17th does the 12month code get
    added & then the end date is next year or is that now lost & i need to contact support? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    REMOVING CREDIT CARD

    no you must wait till the card is off the membership before you remove it

    if you were on the 12month membership prepaid card now but added the 1month promotion untill the 12month card is finished the 1month membership will be still on and NOT used till the 12months is over

    dashboard ad for 600msp with xbox renewals

    Greetings,

    I followed a dashboard link stating that I was entitled to 600msp by redeeming 12month prepaid Gold code.

    6 weeks have passed and I have not had them added to my account nor have I had any emails (I have checked all folders) including any redemption codes.

    Does anyone know if there are any promotions, deals or anyway to make an Xbox Ultimate Game Pass more affordable?

    @op you can buy 12month gold codes and stack upto 3 years then buy 1 month of ultimate which converts it to 3 years of ultimate

    Just don't buy 12month ultimate codes they are nearly 200 bucks

    Codes redeem for 24 months of Ultimate Game Pass and poor response on service

    Fyi there are no 12month xgu codes

    The max is 3months so it wouldn't have been 2 codes it would've been 4 codes for every 12

    Thrrr are only 12month gold codes

    Only way to get 2 yearl codes is all access and it's comes with the console not a code

    Well there is a problem

    One rhere is no 12 months card of xgu

    Its a max of 3months for prepaid codes for xgu

    You wouldve bought a 12months of regular gold

    And xgu cards dont convert so there is no way it wouldve been a prepaid code for.12 months of xgu

    The only way to get 12months is by buying gold and upgrading
