120hz on the Series X

Discus and support 120hz on the Series X in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi, i got the Xbox Series X and i have been trying to change the 60hz to 120hz but it doesnt give me the option.     120hz on the Series X


    Hi, i got the Xbox Series X and i have been trying to change the 60hz to 120hz but it doesnt give me the option. I am playing at 1080p 60hz right now and i can only change it to 720p im not worrried about playing at 4k or 1440p i just want the 120hz. I
    know you need a hdmi 2.1 cable for 4k 120hz but i dont want 4k, just 1080p 120hz. Someone help please

    You will need the Xbox Series X for 4K 120hz. The Series S can only do 1440p 120hz

    Does the series x support 1440p 144/155 refresh rate?

    The Xbox Series X will do 120Hz but no more, regardless of resolution or monitor.

    I would check to see if other Xbox Series X owners have confirmed to achieve 1440p120Hz on those monitors before purchasing.

    Maybe a google of "xbox series x 1440p 120hz ___________ " and insert the monitor model to see if people have posted about their monitor and Series X working.

    series x does not support 144hz, only 120hz.

    1440 @120hz or 4K HDR @60hz

    Altough the Xbox One X supports 1440 and 120Hz, games are not going to run on 120Hz, console is not prepared for that yet.

    So my best advice is to go for 4K HDR if your monitor supports it, and when the Series X is released, you will be able to use 1440/120Hz!
