120hz not an option?

I have a One X plugged into a Vizio SV470M, and I know it's an older TV but it says on the front 120hz, but 120hz isn't an option in video settings in any HDMI port on the Xbox. I can't find anything on Google so I thought to ask here. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Edit: I can't post in TV Hardware Info because Vizio isn't an option.

you dont need 2.1 for 120hz

A 120hz panel is not enough, you need an HDMI 2.1 port. If you dont have a high end 4K TV, you dont have it.

your tv has 120hz smooth motion, meaning the panel is not actually 120hz but the software smooths out the video, the tv is actually 60hz.
