    Dear Microsoft Team,

    is the 120 Hertz support only for the Xbox One S and One X or does the older Xbox one also support the 120 Hertz?

    Because I don't get the option to change the hertz rate. I just get to change the display resolution.

    I couldn't find anybody else askong for the first Xbox one, just for the One S and One X.

    I never got it working when i had an original xbox so i upgraded to the one x and it works fine.

    its work, on my S and X on my AOC monitor with a HDMI cable 2.0 i can set on setting at 120hz on old xbox one i can't try it because i don't own the old Xbox One. But i use it on my AOC monitor at 1080p@120hz on my XBOX one X.

    I've just gotten an Acer with 144Hz und just yesterday I bight a new HDMI 2.0 cable, but I still can't get it to work. Even tried soft resetting my Xbox, but I still didn't get the refresh rate box in the video settings. I guess I have to patiently wait
    for another Xbox One User who had the same issue.
