    Why is the Series S sold as a 120 fps at 1440p console when it is literally not. Longtime Xbox user and now I completely regret my 300$ purchase.

    Basically, the series S support up to 120 FPS; therefore, please make sure that the TV supports HDMI 2.1.

    Hi,

    I'm not sure where you got the 'every game will be 120 fps on Series S' from. The Series S will be capable of 120 fps, but that may not be possible on every game.

    As for Xbox One games at higher frame rates, that's possible, but it will only be on certain games. Plus, such features have to be patched in either by the developer or via the BC team. Xbox One games won't automatically run at higher frame rates on Series
    X or S.

    bring back the option of letting us install the xbox one version of a game

    You should still be able to play since they are the same game, except the Series S|X version has graphical improvements and (possibly?) 120 fps.
