12 YEAR TENURE DISAPPEARED on my profile!!!

I don't ask a lot from Xbox. All I want to see is that beautiful number 12. Nerd moment there. Does anyone even care about their tenure anyways?

1 Year Tenure Disappeared?

Hello Community,

I've been a member on this current Profile for over a year, up until yesterday I've had a 1 Years Tenure Mark on my Profile.

It suddenly disappeared without notice, how am I able to get it back.

It's silly little bugs like this which are discouraging me to continue to use this service.

My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

 

No, am I wrong? Or did it take 12 years to get 12879?

 

Did you recently download an update or just change to 12?

My tenure of 8 dissappeared just as it was going from 7 to 8. I'm not sure why but just after I did an update it was gone. The update happened literally the same day it was due to change. About a month later it came back after a new update.

 

its just a glicht from the last update it will return soon. A lot of folks having this prob but its being worked on

 

I've been with Xbox for only 4 years and have a GS of 8,187, that's roughly 2,046/year or 24,561 in 12 years. I think I'll reach 10,000 by early or mid next year maybe even earlier.

The thing with Tenure is to always renew at least a few days BEFORE it expires, that way it'll keep growing. Microsoft charges very fairly and cheap, for Gold membership. If anyone doubts that, compare 12 months Gold membership to 12 months electricity bill
or 12 months SKY TV bill or 12 months phone/internet bill. Gold membership is waaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy cheaper than you're average bills.

 

Even cheaper if you shop around Smiles!!

 

I had mine up to 5 years but after I switch to the PS3 / PS4, I started letting my xbox live expire. I pay extra respect to peeps who have the years under their belt as you know they are invested in their system and are usually good gamers. They should fix
OP's tenure.

Not everyone seek achievements. I sure don't. My 9 years of gaming left me with my current gamer score but some people could top that in a couple months.
