12 Mth subscription expires after four months.

Purchased a 12 month subscription for Taptiles game on the 31st of May 2016. After 4 months I was asked to renew. Got in touch with Microsoft . It was fixed - Game started. I was pleased. Only to be confronted with the same alert the following week. Three
hours later after messaging and generally wasting my time the issue was resolved again. Why am I here? Because you guessed it . After a week short of 6 months into my 12 MONTH subscription I have been forced to pay for a subscription that is ALREADY PAID FOR!

live gold exp. date error

ive taken a order of 12 mths live gold on 23/12/2015. but after that, by mistake, i redeemed a 30Ds trial card. now the expire date shown on my xbox live gold turn to 21/02/2016. it suppose to be expire in Dec 2016. whats the problem? pls advise. thx

expiration date subscription

Since the beginning of my subscription I have an expiration of 11 months after which I should, at the beginning pay 2 years in advance. (23 months) However, every year I have to pay the next one.

If now is November of 2017 and my subscription expires in October of 2018, why should I pay now 12 months now ... if I still have 11 month left ?

Please correct my subscription and activate my account ... I will be happy to pre-pay 12 months when my subscription expires, not when I have an 11 months subscription.

There is a specific time period for our subscription, and there is an expiration date. Let's say you purchased 12 months subscription, it will expire after 12 months.

Good day. It's not allowing me to contact support. I believe my prepaid subscription expired 4 months prior to expired date because I activated the code in October 2020.its a 12 month subscription for Xbox live gold. And it expired on 03 05 2021.how in the hel is this possible. I need a refund or answer. If it is a 12 month subscription how can it expire after 7 months. This is not how I pictured Microsoft treating their clients. This is false advertising at its best. If this is not resolved I will be taking court actions against Microsoft. This is not my wrong doing.

i think my 12 month membership expired on ruthlesspolak69 i was going to renew it * i have a new 12 month pre paid card already* but haven't because id like to address this. I got the xbox brand new and i just wanted to tie the gamertag to this email address.
after my first months free subscription i added a 12 month subscription card directly thro my xbox.
