    Hi I have been trying to use one of you redeem codes for 12 months and all I am getting is an error code. I can not use the error code on you error code page as it does not work so could you please help ASAP as I'm unable to get online until your system
    excepts one of your codes. I have not had this problem in the last 10 years so why now

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    OK, so when I enter the code on the Xbox Website it recognizes its a 12 moth membership but as I press 'confirm' it says something went wrong.Can someone please help me?
