    Hi, I had an offer for 12 months xbox live for £26.50 today on my dashboard. Had a problem purchasing and It's since gone after a restart and I can't get it back. Contacted support and got disconnected. I've emailed a picture to first support agent but can't
    speak with her again after losing connection. Second support agent directed me here.

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.
