12 months Xbox live subscription charged twice please help

Hi,

I bought a 12 months xbox live gold subscription yesterday through the xbox store, and today I saw the fee was charged twice on my credit card. I want to get a refund for the 2nd charge.

I've been trying to get help from xbox support and no one ever answered to me on the support chat, I tried calling the xbox support on the phone and a robot voice said to go find help on the xbox website... Can anyone please help me?

Charges twice this month

Hello,

I was charged twice this month: 12/16 and 12/26 for the monthly subscription. Anyone know why?

your best bet will to call xbox support directly (again) and get an operator to talk to you. This will need to be done through a live person.

Hi, thanks for your answer. I tried calling 800 -469 -9269. Theres only a pre-recorded message saying to "go seek support on the website xbox.com/help". Then, it says "thank you for calling xbox" and they hang up.

Do I have the wrong number? Am I calling at a bad time? It was 3 PM here in Montreal, Canada... I'm sure it was during normal business hours anywhere in the US...

Let me know if you have any more info.

If you're talking about the 12 months of Live for as little as $5/month. You will be charged a one-time fee of $60 for the 12-month subscription. That's the discounted rate for buying a year at one time vs. month to month.

You'll have to buy a 12 month Gold Subscription online first... Otherwise, it will charge you by the month etc... or

If you have a renewing 12 months subscription and wish to redeem 12 months PPC, they can just cancel the current 12 months and waive off the renewal charge for you to redeem the code. Please contact Xbox Customer Support to process it for you.
