12 Months XBOX GAMEPASS ULTIMATE scratch code was already redeemed!

Hey Microsoft!
08/20/2019 - 08/24/2019: I visited a fair named "Gamescom" (Koelnmesse) where also XBOX had a booth. At this particular XBOX booth in Hall 8 I won several "XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE" 6 Month gift vouchers/cards. On the back of these cards is written, that
they have to be redeemed til 11/30/2019, so I thought I have a bit of time.

11/01/2019: I scratched the first code and entered it at redeem.microsoft.com but was really disappointed. The code was already redeemed! So I tried the second scratch coded and guess what: The second one was also already redeemed!

11/02/2019: I contacted Microsoft support via Chat. The Operator (or "Ranger") named Ken L. told me, that both codes were already redeemed at 09/15/2019!! ... but.. HOW?! He also told me that he can not do anything for me and I need to contact the GAMESCOM.

11/03/2019: I contacted Gamescom/Koelnmesse and told them what happened. Unfortunately they said, that Gamescom/Koelnmesse has nothing to do with the raffles the exhibitors make and I need to contact Microsoft/XBOX, because only they can provide help if
their codes do not work.

11/04/2019: I again contacted Microsoft. Now Justine D. raised the same questions like Ken L. and did not seem to understand, what really my problem was. Maybe because neither english nor german was his/her native language(?) After about one hour, I should
get further information via email. Great. Now I had to wait...

11/06/2019: I got an email from Microsoft Customer Support. Guess what: "The codes were already redeemed on another profile. Please contact GAMESCOM". .. Wait.. WHAT? I already did that!

11/07/2019: I - again - contacted Microsoft via Chat. Now "Bill W." tried to help me. He said I can write in german (which is my native language) what I did... but I'm sure he did not understand a word I said. And AGAIN, he told me to contact Gamescom!

The same day I told Gamescom that Microsoft is not willing to help me and they told me, that they really can do nothing for me, because they did not host these games and had nothing to do with the raffles from Microsoft.

So... what now?
Microsoft says: Go to Gamescom
Gamescom says: Go to Microsoft

And no one can help me? Microsoft can not even tell me on which profile/gamertag the codes were redeemed! So I have nothing but two unusable scratch codes, 155€ worth. Thanks Microsoft.

It's frustrating, I and my brother had the same issue. I got him a 12 months code as a present for Gamepass Ultimate. The plan was to first pay only 1 GBP for the first 3 months and then redeem the 12 months code on top of the 3 months. But it didn't work.
We tried from both Xbox and Browser

I actually remembered another older 12 month XBOX Live subscription that I tried to enter as well. It says, "

Converting your code

Redeeming your Prepaid Xbox Live Gold 12 Month code will automatically convert to 4 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and will be added to your current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account. By redeeming this code, you agree to this conversion. All conversions
are final; ratio subject to change. See xbox.com/gamepass If you choose not to redeem at this time, you can keep your code and redeem it prior to its expiration date, if any.

So, notice it says you can keep your code and redeem it prior to its expiration date.

But what I want to do is redeem it after my Game Pass ultimate expires. Assuming I will not want to pay for it after Sept 2020. Do I have to just hold on to all my codes and hope they don't expire?
