    Ever since black friday. i bought a 12 months subcription from my loca l Game in uk only to find error message somethings gone wrong try again i try this on the official website on my xbox plus my 360 samething everytime. Xbox live ive requested phone recalls
    and you choose to egnore them. Microsoft sort it out this is getting frustrating know. enough is enough i love your product invested thousands in game accessories consoles. please stop egnoring us and tell us what you are doing in resolving the matter

    Not Refunded or actioned correctly

    Hi, What should be simple has still not resolved. My son had a 1 month subscription ending a while ago so I decided to buy a 12 month subscription. I accidently tapped buy twice so had 2 subcriptions paid through paypal. On support chat thing, the agent
    said 1 subscription would get refunded and just one remains. On live account it shows one refund 39.99 (12 month) but were is the remaining 12 month subscription as agent appears to have put me back on a 5.99 1 month subcription and to top it off two payments
    have come out of my bank totalling nearly £80 and paypal is not registering any refund at all. So if the agent has put me on a rolling monthly subcription why is there no refund? This needs to get resolved as I have effectively paid Microsoft for a non existing
    product.

    It says my 12 month pre-paid subcription is suspended. It was added to my account just before it got suspended for the debit card expiary and the pre paid ended in 2010. I had only used a month of it when it was banned. How do i sort this

    That is the monthly cost when buying a 12 month subscription. There is no error with that deal. It breaks down the monthly cost when you pay for a 12 month, which is $5 a month in that case.

    There is nothing to fix. The advertisement is 100% correct.
