    Im trying to use 2000 of my gems to aquire the 12 months of xbox live gold. It says it is available but after I hit redeem and fill out my info, I get an error saying "Hmm..." and telling me to post here. Soo, whats up, how we fixin this before June?

    i just bought 12 months xboxlive gold, and its says that Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Zoo Tycoon will be free but i still haven't receive any redeeming code for these games .. please help

    Has anyone had any luck yet redeeming their code? Have a 12 month Gold Live and have tried everyday since Christmas to redeem it but to no avail. Is it worth taking it back to the store for a refund?

    Friend with past due Logging into my xbox.

    If you currently have Game Pass Ultimate and attempt to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live Gold code, it will convert to a 3 or 4 month Ultimate subscription. If you want to continue with just Gold for 12 months and not Ultimate, you would have to wait for the
    Ultimate to expire before redeeming the regular Gold code.

    If you don't currently have Ultimate, then you should have no problem redeeming the 12 months of Gold.
