    I am here to ask you for help or your opinion:

    Today I bought a 12 Months Live Gold Code from the website mmoga.com. I received the code quickly but problem is, that the code doesn't work. I tried it literally many many times to redeem it on my xbox one, xbox 360, on the app, on PC and goodness I even
    let my friend try to redeem it on his account aswell to see if my account is the problem but that stupid code doesn't work! after trying to redeem it it says:

    "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." But In tried it all day long and still it doesn't work. I did message the seller and also the xbox support but nobody can help me for some reason. 12 months membership code doesn't work :(

    Thanks Cloud, I just had an email from 3rd line, confirming what you said too.

    I only had 1 month before my live membership ran out, they cancelled it and sent me a 1 month code.

    That worked and then the 12+1 code worked.

    All sorted now :)

    It's strange that the credit card i removed from my account during this 12 months membership expired in 2010 and it still caused this problem.

    Gold account not being recognized, barring me from netflix but not Multiplayer games.

    i had just got xbox one set up everything an got a 12 month membership code i reddemed code an confirmed then all the time i go to play cod ghosts or inv to a party it said learn more an tried to get me to buy a membership again so i had used a 14 day trial
    an i can now work everything no problems but will the 12 month membership have stuck or will i have to get another membership if it says im on silver
