12 months live gold membership expires with just a month and a half in.

Hi, So I bought the live gold membership for 12 months in July and just a month and a half in with my subscription. It says that it has been expired. I confirmed in my subscriptions that it was going to expire in July 2019. I don't really know what has happened.
I have checked my status on "Xbox live enforcement" Its all green lights. I can really use some help.

Xbox live gold acount ended 9 months early

I was the boat too. I just brought a Xbox Live 12 month Gold membership for Christmas. It was suppose to be 12 month like Christmas 2013. 2.5 months expire it's not right.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile ​

If the subscription shows the wrong renewal/end date be sure to check the recent transactions to check if something is shown at transaction for the 12m of Live Gold.
