    So I had an xbox gold live subscription for 12 months in August, 2020 and in November I wanted to try out Ultimate Game Pass for a month and see how it is. However, after the Ultimate Game Pass subscription ended in December, I thought I would still have
    a few more months of Xbox Gold Live converted into Ultimate Game Pass months but all I got was just one month of Ultimate Game Pass without any converted xbox live gold membership or even xbox live gold. What should I do? And has this happened to others?
