    12 month Xbox live subscription error message


    I have tried multiple times to use a Xbox live gold 12 month subscription code and it accepts it at a valid code. But when I attempt to add it to my account it gives me an error message. XBOS-3013 888ab51f-e6f8-4ffb-b68d-9cb90248d8cf

    That is the error message. I would greatly appreciate some help with this.

    Log into account.microsoft.com and go to services and subscriptions look for any outstanding balances listed in red. Also make sure you do not have any expired payment
    methods on the account. If neither of those are the issue you will need to contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us and speak with billing.

    Xbox Live. GOLD.

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

    Just something to keep in mind.
