    Hello,

    I bought a 12 month gold prepaid card and it got activated at the cash point. Now i am trying to redeem the code but I get this message: Problem arised; Error Code :

    XBOS-3013

    I searched at xbox.com/errorhelp and i see that every xbox function is online but nothing helps.

    NOW I need your help! I want to activate this card and omg i am not going to pay anouther 60€!

    Xbox one day one packaging.

    Yes it does not include a gold card but the day one 12 month gold card is separate.

    12 month subscriptions are not available through Xbox. There are 12 month prepaid cards for Gold sold in retailers. I'm not sure if there are 12 month cards available for Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate.

    then if you let you sub run out then you could have applied the 12 month gold card and got the full 12 months of xbox live gold, adding a gold card to a current active GPU sub will convert, done.

    12 month xbox Ultimate subscription randomly stopped working

    Are you sure it was a 12 month Ultimate and not 12 months of Gold? As I don't believe there are 12 month Ultimate cards. But if you had an active Ultimate subscription and bought a12 month Gold card, the Gold would have been converted to Ultimate an would have equaled 4 months of Ultimate.
