12 month xbox gold subscription goal

Hello,

I logged into Microsoft rewards today and I saw my goal of "12 months xbox gold live" has been completely removed as a goal.
I went to re add it as my goal but there is only an option for 1 month, the 3 month goal has also been removed. I was nearly half way to the 12 month subscription and have had the option as a goal since I first signed up for microsoft rewards back in April
so I am abit shocked it's been removed after coming on every day to gather enough points to get the 12 month subscription. I was just wondering if it will be coming back so I can add it as my goal again?

Wrong Subscription provided by Rewards

I redeemed 29,000 points for xbox live gold 12 month subscription and I got a code for 12 months of game pass. I have had the gold subscription set as my only goal for a long time and the "my goals" section is where I clicked on it to redeem it once I had
enough points. I didn't realize they were different until after I redeemed the code. Please help me find a way to reverse this or switch the subscription to gold.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.
