    I have had Xbox Live Gold for 5 years, but I have not received the 400 gems for having twelve months straight of xbox live gold.

    Didn’t get my Game Pass Reward

    Hi VT3X PR0XY. This might be for Microsoft Rewards, since we don't have a 1-month game pass for 5,000 Credits. Also, you can't spend your Credits in the Xbox Live Rewards program as they are converted to your local currency. You can spend My VIP Gems though,
    5,000 Gems for a 12-month game pass.

    I looked up your account, and saw the year subscription. This offer awards on a 90, 180, and 360 day basis. This means you will not get one reward for the yearly subscription, but you could have received one of the other awards, since the start of the offer,
    for your gold status. Let us know if this is not the case.

    Support will double check the gems for the surveys and 3 months of gold (keep in mind that gems just started on October 1 so you would only have gotten gems for those challenges once so far), but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits
    for renewing gold. Subscriptions do not count towards VIP.
