    12 Month Subsciption Code, NHL15, and Gold Membership


    Whenever I try to play an online game with NHL15, the game brings me to the Store to upgrade to a gold membeship (already have one) and I cannot get away from this screen. I have tried everything from uninstalling it to reinstalling it, using a code I was
    saving for a year subscription and that code isint working, and even tried switching my credit card infomation to an updated card. Didnt know where to post this, hope its the right spot.

    So I have three problems:

    1) NHL15 wont let me play Online games (reason I bought the game) even though I can play online with my other games (NBA2k14, Destiny, Dead Rising 3)

    2) 12 Month Subscription Code doesnt work

    3) My Gold membership isint working? Do I make a new gamertag and try the code from problem 2 on this gamertag? Already tried changing my credit card information.

    "Something went wrong"

    I have my 1 month free gold membership from the box of the console and a 12 months gold membership that I just bought last month and I've been trying to redeem the 1 month gold membership since yesterday but after clicking the confirm,it says "Something
    went wrong"(it also happened plenty of times when I tried to redeem my 12 months gold membership yesterday when my 1 month gold membership won't work). Also when I redeem the code for 12 months gold membership, it was read as 1 month and sometimes the 1 month
    was read as 12 months so I'm confuse if the code is the problem or there is a problem in xbox.com.
