12 month prepaid live gold error

im having the same issue with a 3 month prepaid code and with a EA acess code also. I just bought a xbox one s last week and im already having problem...damm it microsoft. I already opened a ticket and all they did is to say that they have a problem "on
their side" and dont know jack whats going on or when it will be solved. I just received a heads up email from them basically saying "yeah, theres still a problem." No sh** sherlock. All games i have are multiplayers and my live trial it expiring, so i will
probably have to stop playing my brand new xbox until they solve this problem. thats really lame.

why cant they just give those people who have paid for codes free access, or allow everyone access till they fix it?

How can a company that produces software not be able to fix a software issue?????

I'm still having the same problem. Been trying to redeem my code for over 2 weeks now and it still hasn't worked (from Canada).

yup havnt been able to play for 2 weeks now still won't work today over Xbox my 2nd after a long stint on PlayStation and I already want to go back to sony

I also had this problem and after trying over and over , found a solution.

I suggest that you go to settings-All settings- Account- Payment&billing-Add a payment option

Once your credit card is entered, go and enter your code again.

 

Not working in Canada still...3M Prepaid code straight from Microsoft's website...

And another one. 12 month code, redeemed on xbox, got an error, account not upgraded to Gold but says code has been used. Also got a confirmation e-mail of my Gold status. Tried again on the xbox.com website

Just checked my Services & Subscriptions page and it shows my Gold Membership expiring December 2017. However I have no access to any Gold services.

There's just nothing to do? I've tried to add the credit card, but nothing changed.
