I keep getting error codes when typing in my prepaid gold live code.

Why dont they communicate there on it.... we hear nothing !!

trying to redeem a 12 month membership without succes for days

 

I am getting the same issue, Microsoft tell me that it's a known issue and are working on a fix.

Very frustrating!

 

Also my 3 month prepaid live gold error try different way can not work,pls help me to solve this problem!

Still have the same problem. Only thing they have been telling me for days is: "We are working on it"

same problem here, I have contacted support twice on phone, tried various steps, no fix, tried again through chat, got me to try everything....remove paypal and debit card, change locale to US from UK, they gave me a new 3 month code, tried it on the xbox,
ipad and pc, and also using chrome, firefox and internet explorer, and nothing has worked !! been a week now ! They are aware of the issue, but if you google some of the error codes, most common for me is xbos-3013, you will see this is not a new thing, there
are many posts from years ago.....but seems to be a new outage this week for redeeming codes, come on MS, get your act together

 

I have the same problem... Was just in contact with support.. I am a little worried, now that I see people have had this problem for a week.

 

And the saga continues, still cant redeem the codes, still cannot get on xbox live and play...

 

I have the same problem. My prepaid 3 month code is not working. I am confused of this situation. I paid for something what does not working!! And when I was looking for error code explaination, search bar did not find it. Microsoft, come on and fix it!!!

Yep, same for me with 12 month gold. 5 days of trying and I see some others have been trying for longer. I'm quite surprised a company the size of Microsoft haven't got this sorted already. Poor show and absolutely no explanation that I've seen, just 'Something
went wrong... Sorry, try again in a few minutes.' messages, which do little to inform or remedy the situation. If it is a 'known issue' then do more to let your customers know what and/or when it might be sorted out so that we don't waste our time fruitlessly
trying to get it to work. Not to mention that we pay for this privilege. LOL
