12 month live gold DID NOT Work!!! help

I used an 12 month live gold gift card and it never worked! It said it was added to my account but it says I have 3 days of gold. I put it on the right account. Can anyone help?

i went into xbox live rewards and put in my 12 month code and it verified that i did, but i was already silver, so after i put in the 12 month gold it said that i was still silver, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey jedijake230!

It looks like you currently have a Gold subscription, but to verify that your subscription is showing correctly click your Gamertag at the top of this page and select Subscription. You should be able to view it's expiration date there

so if i apply the xbox live gold 12 months then upgrade it to ultimate i wont be charged and extra 12 months?

Hello Chrisoney, as you have 12 months of live Gold in your account, just buy 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate and that these 12 months of Live Gold will convert to Ultimate, and in total you will be left with 13 months of Ultimate Game Pass.
