12 month gold

Ok so I get that microsoft wants to milk more money out of us by implementing game pass ultimate. But where is the 12 month option? I always buy gold in 12 month increments because it's the best value and I don't want a recurring payment every month. Is this available through microsoft or do i gotta go to Walmart and buy a card or something? If so that is stupid.
