    When I go to renew my gold subscription for 12 months, I only see the 1 month and 3 month option that I can chose from, so what happened to the 12 month subscription for the Xbox One?

    There's not a 12 month subscription for Ultimate. You can buy a 12 month prepaid card for Gold and then purchase 1 month of Ultimate (after adding the Gold) to convert it to Ultimate.
