this is refference code for my issue 1422057332 and basically my 12 month gold wont redeem on xboxl live reards just keeps saying HMMM…

xbox failing to register new gold membership

I recently had my x box live gold membership expire, so i added a pre-paid 12 months x box live gold card to my account, however after my console accepted the code and "supposedly" added the 12 months gold my console, it refused to allow me access to multilayer
and party functions claiming i had no gold on my account despite s just adding 12 months and tried promoting me to buy some more x box live gold, has this happened to any one else and any suggestions to fix this issue?

Yes 1 month is 20 days, but remember buying 12 1 month golds is way more expensive than buying 1, 12 months gold, hence why you get less for 12 months gold. 3 months gold = 2 months ultimate.

This is false. Bought an individual 12 month gold prepaid. My family plan has not expired yet. Typed in code to redeem...claims that I cannot redeem the single due to the family plan still being active....so it does not tack on a few extra months to the
family plan.
