    12 Month Code Redeemed and Still Not Working!


    I redeemed a 12 month live code and it lets me get the free gold games but I can't play online and do parties with friends. I did a hard and normal restart and I also signed in and out. Still nothing has happened I waited for like 5 hours now and not a single
    thing. I signed in on a mate's xbox one and it worked fine but still nothing has happened to mine. Whenever I do something like make a party or invite a friend to a party or even start a online game people it just comes up with the xbox live gold page with
    the three gold options. ( 1 MONTH 1$, 3 MONTH 20$ or 12 MONTH 80$ )

    I checked my subscriptions and it is redeemed on the right person but nothing is happening. I looked all over community.xbox.com and still can't find anything close to what I'm experiencing. I also checked youtube and still nothing.

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    I redeemed a 12 month gold membership. Working 14days. and now canceled or not working.

    All app now not working.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    I watched the video and tried to redeem the gift card that way and it will work but what I would like to do considering Xbox Live for 12 months is on sale right now is use this gift card for that but when I go to the Microsoft store and I click on deals
    and redeem a code for the 12-month membership at the discounted price at tells me that their code is not found, although it does work the other way which is the 6-month option but I'm aiming for the 12-month

    Similarly, some codes, so to speak, "expire", so saving them is not a good idea.
    This is not quite accurate. Some codes do have an expiration date, when you must redeem them by but it doesn't effect the length of time that the code give. If you purchase a 12 month code and redeem it the day before it "expires" then you still get 12 months.
