    12 Month Code Cancelled


    In February of 2017, I purchased a 12 month Xbox Live redemption code and redeemed it later that month. However, soon after this I was awarded 1 free month of Xbox Live. I redeemed that code as well, about a month later. Now, in late August, my 12 Month
    membership has been canceled without warning. WTF?

    EA access free month subscription did not stack up, but it cancelled the ongoing subscription

    The issue has been solved. What happened is this: when the free month code was redeemed, the latest subscription until September 2017 was automatically cancelled and refunded. So I'll have to buy the 12 month subscription again when the free month expires.

    Canceling Xbox ultimate

    No. If you added a 12 month code already, it would have been cancelled and converted to Ultimate since Ultimate includes gold. Cancelling Ultimate will cancel everything.

    Xbox charged my card for a 12 month gold membership. I didn't have enough to buy it, but when i try to enter a code i bought from amazon, it wont work.

    If you have a renewing 12 months subscription and wish to redeem 12 months PPC, they can just cancel the current 12 months and waive off the renewal charge for you to redeem the code. Please contact Xbox Customer Support to process it for you.

    If you add a 12 month Gold or standard Game Pass code while you have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription, it will be converted to Ultimate. 12 months of Gold is equal to 4 months of Ultimate. In order to keep the full 12 months, you have to cancel your Ultimate or let it run out before you add the new code.
