    Xbox rewards not gold?

    I joined xbox rewards but it says I am not gold please fix, I entered a 12 month card on 6/6/12

    I need help!! i thought the three month gold card i bought was the problem so i bought a 12 month card to see if that would work.... but the same thing came up. I need to get this fixed befor

    Wait a few hours and try again. If it continues to do that, delete your system cache on your xbox one. If it has that, I don't know.

    You can also try deleting your browser history/cache and such, that helps me sometimes if I'm having a problem doing something on a site.

    If it continues, you might have to contact Xbox support. Might I suggest using their twitter page here:

    So let me recap, you enter the code on both your Xbox & Xbox.com, and both are telling you to try again later?

    Does any other sort of error message pop up, or do you get an Error Code at all? Is it still happening now?

    I got it a Xbox 360 and I tried make the signature of a month Xbox Live, but on the first time something happened and not work, so I tried again but I put for 12 months and work and was debited of my Credit Card, after 2 month was debited again one month
    of my Credit Card, How can I fix this?
