    Could someone help me with this? After typing the code in and confirming, I get the "something went wrong" message. I go to xbox.com/errorhelp, type in the code 0x80169C62 there, but there's no information about it. Could someone help me please?

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for? Also, where did you purchase the membership from?

    Gold membership cards are region locked and cannot be used outside the region they were originally intended for.

    And another one. 12 month code, redeemed on xbox, got an error, account not upgraded to Gold but says code has been used. Also got a confirmation e-mail of my Gold status. Tried again on the xbox.com website

    Gold cards not working

    Same here, online I'm getting "XBOS-3013" or "XBOS-3008" error codes, on the Xbox Android app I'm getting similar codes to the Xbox One which are like "XboxPurchaseInvalidPaymentInstructionId". Very annoying, been on chat to help all morning to no solution
    yet and my chat has just been disconnected and I'm no back to being 38 in the queue. The system recognises the code fine, and it comes up stating it's a 12 month code, but these errors appear the minute you hit "Redeem" or "Continue".
