12 hour clocks on xbox one (am & pm)

I remember watching major Nelson and he had a 12 hour clock on his xbox home screen but after the update I checked the settings and there wasn't an option to change from the 24 hour clock. How do you change it?

12 and 24 hour clocks seem to depend on the language you have set according to this post below.

It is weird i provided you the link to read it through but it seems other languages are forced to have 24 hour clocks. If you are using a different language other then English it is possible that is the reason.

If you can confirm you are using English (US) as your default language on the console we'll see what i can do to help.

 

I changed my language region from English (UK) to English (US) and that fixed the problem. I think it's a bug but it's really annoying. Thx for your reply I appreciate it.

 

In this age Xbox and all high-tech devices should be having the default 24h unequivocal SI/ISO which is a scientific/engineering format. If Microsoft is still tied to the sun dial 12 hours antiquity concept at least should give the option to people that
live in 21st century irrespective of language.
