@XBoX OK. So! My son had an xbox 360 last year (early in the year) I purchased it for him the year before (2016) He asked if he could have 1 month xbox live. @£5.99. So I brought it for him online! Well xbox still are taking money out of my account and my
son hasn't had the xbox for a long time now. It was a 1 off payment not over a year! But due to not remembering the log in details they will not refund my money! I am going to take this further. My son has a bad memory and don't remember things from along
time ago! I'm absolutely infuriated. Quick enough to take my money but not quick enough to help me get into the account somehow
